Six years at a technology company serving the rail sector, three of them in full-time ownership reporting to the CEO: at the intersection of delivery, engineering, regulation and commercial accountability.

What it came to.
- Project revenue back on plan — after a weak start to the year, through consistent control of payment milestones across all projects
- Hosting costs cut by double digits — analysed infrastructure spend that had run over budget, assessed and implemented savings
- Opened a new country market — first rollout of the standard product in the Netherlands, including country-specific interfaces
- Certifications maintained — accountable for ISO 9001 surveillance audits and recertification, most recently an ISMS towards ISO 27001
- Two external client audits passed — a cybersecurity audit by a state railway and a supplier audit by a rolling stock manufacturer
