Controller
The controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation is the service provider named in the imprint.
Principle
This website is deliberately minimal. It sets no cookies, loads no external fonts, maps, videos or scripts, uses no analytics, audience measurement or tracking services and contains no contact form. No profiling takes place, and no automated decision-making.
Server log files
When these pages are requested, the hosting provider processes technically necessary access data, in particular IP address, date and time of access, the file requested, the volume of data transferred, and details of browser and operating system. This processing serves the technical provision, stability and security of the service. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; my legitimate interest lies in the secure operation of the website. The data is deleted after a short period and is not combined with other data sources.
Hosting
The website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Strasse 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider. Where a transfer to a third country takes place, it is based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Contact by email
If you contact me by email, I process your details solely to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to entering into a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Your data is deleted once the enquiry has been dealt with conclusively and no statutory retention obligations apply.

This website links to my LinkedIn profile. It is a plain link: no data is transmitted to LinkedIn when you visit this website. Only when you click the link do you leave this website; LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company is responsible for any processing there.
